How we handle our own data

The uncomfortable parts are published too

Fuel-saving products have a credibility problem, and it is largely self-inflicted: selected best cases, percentages without a method, and no trial that ever came up weak. We decided to run the opposite way. Everything below is on this site, with the numbers.

We publish the trial with the weakest result

Across eleven telecom tower generator sites in Nigeria we measured a median of 1.7% and two sites that got worse. It has its own page, with the same detail as the favourable trials — because a product that works everywhere is not a believable product.

We name the figures we withdrew

A NOx claim we could not trace to any measurement was removed from this site in August 2026. Two results at one Japanese operator were traced to an implausible baseline and excluded — while staying visible in the table, so you can check the reasoning.

We show the limits next to the number

Our best-documented trial reports an 18.2% reduction — and, on the same page, that the vehicles also ran 10.5% lighter during the trial period. We found that in the operator's own records and published it rather than leaving it out.
