Pilot programme
The NanoEFX pilot programme
Run a controlled pilot on 5–10 trucks or buses, or 1–3 vessels, measured against your own baseline. Tell us about your fleet and we'll set up a 30-minute call — no commitment, and you only pay if it proves fuel savings.
Prove it on your own fleet — pay only if it saves fuel.
What the pilot involves
- Run a controlled pilot on 5–10 trucks or buses, or 1–3 vessels.
- Measured against your own baseline — you pay only if it proves savings.
- No engine modifications, no downtime — the spray goes onto the existing air filter, and nothing is removed or replaced. What this means for your warranty.
- UNIDO STePP listed · patented technology · product liability insurance since 2014.

How it works
1
Tell us about your fleet
Share your fleet type, size and where you operate — through the form above or a quick message.
2
A 30-minute call
We scope the pilot together — vehicles, baseline and how success is measured. No commitment.
3
Run the controlled pilot
Apply NanoEFX to the selected vehicles and measure against your own baseline over the agreed period.
4
Pay only if it saves
You pay only if the pilot proves fuel savings — no cure, no pay.
Pilot programme — FAQ
What operators ask before starting
How many vehicles does a pilot need?
Five to ten trucks or buses, or one to three vessels. What matters is not the count but the comparison: enough vehicles of the same type and duty that the result can be measured against your own baseline rather than against someone else’s fleet. How a trial is set up, and what each method can and cannot show, is set out in our measurement methodology.
What happens if the pilot shows no saving?
You pay nothing — the pilot is measured against your own baseline, and payment depends on it proving fuel savings. That is not a theoretical case. On eleven telecom-tower generator sites at IHS Towers in Nigeria the result was small and inconclusive — no clear treatment effect for that duty cycle — and that trial is published in full alongside the ones that worked.
Does a pilot affect my engine warranty?
Warranty terms are between you and your engine manufacturer, and we will not speak for them. Mechanically, nothing is removed, replaced or added: the treatment is sprayed onto the existing air filter and dries there, and neither the engine’s hardware nor its software is altered. The full answer — including the engine that was opened and examined by the manufacturer’s own service agent after 1,875 operating hours — is on the product page.
